DC RANCH LOFT

This homeowner had a masculine industrial aesthetic. We designed the space to be very urban, using hand-selected reclaimed brick, with custom mortar wash in order to give it an authentic aged feel. We implemented steel accents and and custom lighting fixtures throughout the space and highlighted the rotunda by adding vertical wood slats and steel straps.
